These Terms of Service apply to two things: (1) your use of our website rollcamera.site, and (2) any photography or videography services you hire Roll Camera to perform.
By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or hire us. It is that simple.
Roll Camera is an independent photography and videography business run by Rahul Singh and a team of 5 professionals. We are based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We are not a registered company or corporation — we are a professional creative service team.
We are not affiliated with any brand, franchise, government entity, or third-party organisation.
We offer photography and videography services including (but not limited to) wedding photography, event coverage, portraits, product photography, cinematography, and outdoor shoots.
All services are provided directly by the Roll Camera team. We do not outsource your project to unknown third parties without telling you first.
Important: We do not display fixed prices on our website. Every project gets a custom quote based on your specific requirements. This ensures fair pricing for each unique project. Consultation and inquiry are always free.
You contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your requirements. This is free. You are not committing to anything by contacting us.
We discuss your project (event type, date, location, preferences) and provide a custom quote. The quote clearly states what is included, what is not included, and the total cost. There are no hidden charges.
If you agree to the quote, you confirm the booking. We may ask for an advance payment to secure your date. The advance amount and payment terms are communicated clearly before you pay anything.
We perform the photography or videography work as discussed. After the shoot, our editing team processes the files.
We deliver the edited photos and/or videos to you through the agreed method (cloud link, hard drive, etc.). The remaining payment, if any, is collected as per the agreed terms.
Custom quotes only — we do not have fixed prices. Every quote is based on your specific project.
No hidden charges — the price we quote is the price you pay. If anything changes (for example, you add extra hours or locations), we discuss it with you first and get your agreement before any additional charge.
Advance payment — for most projects, we ask for a partial advance to secure the date. The exact amount is discussed during booking. The advance is typically non-refundable if you cancel within a short period before the event (see Cancellation section below).
Payment methods — we accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. We do not collect credit card or debit card details through our website.
More than 15 days before the event: You will receive a full refund of any advance paid, minus a small processing/planning fee if significant planning work was already done. This fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you.
7-15 days before the event: 50% of the advance may be retained to cover the date reservation and planning work already done.
Less than 7 days before the event: The advance is typically non-refundable, as the team has already been scheduled and the date was held for you.
If Roll Camera is unable to fulfil a booking for any reason (emergency, illness, unforeseen circumstances), we will give you as much notice as possible and provide a full refund of any advance paid. We may also try to arrange an alternative professional to cover your event, but only with your agreement.
If your event is postponed (not cancelled), we will try to accommodate the new date. If the new date works for us, no additional charge applies. If it does not, we will discuss options with you.
Photos: Professionally edited digital photos delivered via cloud link or other agreed method. The number of photos depends on the event and is discussed during booking.
Videos: Professionally edited video files delivered via cloud link or hard drive. The length and style of video is discussed during booking.
Delivery timeline: We will give you an estimated delivery date during booking. Typical timelines range from 5 days (small shoots) to 4-6 weeks (large weddings with video). Exact timelines depend on the project scope.
No guaranteed outcomes: Photography results depend on many factors — lighting, weather, venue conditions, event timing, and cooperation of subjects. While we do our professional best on every project, we cannot guarantee specific results. We do not make claims like "magazine-quality guaranteed" or "award-winning results".
Your photos are for your use. Once delivered, you can use your photos and videos for personal purposes — printing, framing, sharing on social media, etc.
Our rights: Roll Camera retains the right to use select photos from your project for portfolio, website, or social media — but only with your explicit permission. If you say no, we respect that completely.
You cannot resell: The photos and videos are for your personal or business use. You cannot resell them to stock photo websites, other photographers, or commercial entities without our written agreement.
Our website rollcamera.site is for informational purposes — to tell you about our services, team, and how to contact us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content on our website (text, design, images) without our written permission.
We try to keep all website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail on the site is current at all times. For the most accurate information, contact us directly.
In simple terms: we are a photography team, not a large corporation. While we take our work seriously and do our best on every project, there are limits to our liability:
We are not liable for results affected by conditions beyond our control (weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, power outages, etc.).
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific project.
We are not liable for any indirect losses (for example, if you miss a deadline because our delivery was delayed).
If you have a problem with our work or service, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through a direct conversation. We believe in honest communication and will do our best to find a fair solution.
If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. The updated terms apply to all new bookings made after the update. Existing bookings continue under the terms that were in place when the booking was confirmed.
